I am a real romantic at heart )- a lover of life , a surgical practitioner ,a songwriter and an artist .
I strive to live my life deeply connected to my beliefs ,aware of the fragility of life - and the rapid passing of time .The challenge for balance is important to ,so my work week is usually 3 days long ,assisted with yoga and meditation practice ,work circles,free expression dance groups ,and an openness to being exposed to things that expand the length and breadth of me .I seek out the positive in people ,and get excited when I see dreams fulfilled ,and mankind living beyond the matrix!
I have lived and studied overseas ,and feel privileged to be living back here in Cape Town!
